This 840,000 sq.ft. office building was the winning entry of a design competition. The program was to accommodate ever-increasing demand for international trade in the Honam and West Coast Region of the Peninsula and to meet the challenge of the future information era. The three-story-high lobby space has two main entrances to facilitate easy access from the two streets at two different levels outside the building. Office spaces with 3m by 3m modules are free from columns for flexible utility. Simple and clear exterior finish with black granite lattice work and glass enhances the image of fairness and transparency.
