There are many kinds of commercial and business facilities which allows independency in business only with its own facilities in the building. Each facility has 7 entrances lead to the main road directly, while it is designed to bring the road into the building as a part of it. The outer of the relatively open higher part is finished with glass, and the closed lower part is finished with black stones simply. But, the facade towards Hannam Rd. appears unique while a slit, which suggests the longitudinal passage in the middle part, changes like sunshine and it increases the impression of the building.
